摘要
在循环冷却水系统中,微生物的大量繁殖将严重影响系统的正常运作,采用杀生剂对微生物的繁殖进行控制是普遍采用的一种方法。研究了采用一种有缓蚀作用且成本较低的有机胺与戊二醛复配形成一种复配新型药剂,探讨了戊二醛和有机胺的最佳配比,通过实验室静态试验,比较了新型药剂和单独戊二醛的腐蚀性能。结果表明,复配药剂在保证杀生效果的基础上,有效缓解了戊二醛对金属的腐蚀。
In circulating cooling water system,the mass increase of the microorganisms will seriously influence thenormaloperation of the system.Biocides are commonly used to control the reproduction of microorganisms.The compound of organic amine and glutaraldehyde withcorrosion inhibition and low cost is used to form a new compound agent.The optimum ratio of glutaraldehyde and organic amine were studied.Through the laboratory static testing,the new chemical and the independent glutaraldehyde corrosion propertywere compared.The results show thatthe compound agent can effectively alleviate the corrosion of glutaraldehyde to metal on the basis of ensuring the killing effect.
