摘要
目的探究构建适用于西北高原寒区战术战伤救治院前急救能力的指标体系。方法以《战术战伤救治指南》《院前创伤生命支持手册》与“高原寒区战术战伤救治”新概念为依据,通过实践经验、文献分析、访谈法、Delphi法对指标体系进行初步构建,对26名专家进行3轮咨询,并确定指标体系权重。结果3轮专家咨询问卷总回收率98.70%;专家权威系数均>0.80;Ⅰ、Ⅱ级指标专家意见协调度显著性检验均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。构建的西北高原寒区战术战伤救治院前急救能力指标体系包含Ⅰ级指标3个、Ⅱ级指标31个。结论西北高原寒区战术战伤救治院前急救能力指标体系内容科学、可靠,具有一定的实用性,对西北地区部队医院的建设和战伤急救技能培训具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the evaluation index system of pre-hospital emergency rescue for tactical comhat casualty care(TCCC)in the Northwest Plateau.Methods Based on the Tactical War Injury Treatment Guide,Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Manual and the new concept of"TCCC in the Plateau",using the methods of literature analysis and investigation,the evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed.Using Delphi method,three rounds of experts consultation and demonstration were carried out,and the evaluation index system was revised.Results The recovery rate of the 3 rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 98.70%,the expert authority coefficients were above 0.80,the significance test of the coordination of expert opinions on the first and second level indicators were significant difference(P<0.01).The evaluation index system of the pre-hospital emergency rescue for the tactical war injury included 3 level I indicators and 31 level II indicators.Conclusion The construction of evaluation index system of pre-hospital emergency rescue for TCCC is scientific reliable and pragmatic,which is particularly important for the hospital construction and wound emergency treatment skills in the Northwest Plateau of China.
