摘要
目的探讨护理信息化培训考核系统在高原寒区护理备战练兵活动中的应用效果。方法以医院数字信息化管理系统为依托,采用护理备战练兵培训考核软件进行高原寒区护理备战练兵理论培训与考核。比较信息化培训考核系统应用前后考核成绩和管理效率。结果应用护理备战练兵培训考核软件培训后军事护理理论及技能考核成绩明显提升(P<0.01),组织全院考试所需时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论护理备战练兵培训考核软件在护理备战练兵培训及考核中的应用提升了培训效果,提高了考核成绩及管理效率,从而有效提高了高原寒区护士战伤救护能力。
Objective To explore the practical effect of nursing training and examination information system in plateau cold region military training.Methods Based on the hospital information management system was used for theoretical training and assessment.Compare the assessment results and management efficiency before and after the application of information platform.Results After the application of nursing training and examination information system,the scores of theoretical and skills examination were significantly improved(P<0.01).The time for organizing the whole college examination before and after the application of informationization training assessment were significantly shortened(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nursing training and examination information system improves the training effect examination score,management efficiency,and nursing ability in plateau cold region military training.
