权力距离对组织复原力的影响研究

摘要 激烈的市场竞争导致企业经营风险明显增加,如何提高企业抵御风险的能力并获得快速发展,已经成为企业界关注的焦点。根据资源保存理论和权力分配理论,本研究探讨了权力距离对组织复原力的影响,引入了负性情绪变量。通过调查问卷收集收据,并采用相关分析、回归分析对回收的有效数据进行了分析,验证了中介效应。研究结果表明:(1)员工感知到的权力距离与领导持有的权力距离差别越大,越不利于组织复原力提升;(2)负性情绪在权力距离与组织复原力间起到部分中介作用。
