摘要
针对德龙钢铁公司850 mm宽带生产线连铸机拉速由1.3 m/min提高至1.6 m/min后,造成夹杂物难以上浮,钢坯卷渣严重现象。通过建立水模拟实验研究钢液内流场变化,结果表明:底部为凸型结构的浸入式水口更适合连铸机高拉速生产,并通过调整浸入式水口插入深度和优化浸入式水口参数,实现拉速在1.6 m/min时连铸环节稳定生产。
After the casting speed of 850 mm broadband production line is increased from 1.3 m/min to 1.6 m/min,the inclusions were difficult to float and slag entrapment was serious.Through water simulation experiment the changes of the flow field in molten steel were studied.The results show that the submerged nozzle with convex bottom structure is more suitable for high casting speed production of continuous casting machine.By adjusting the insertion depth of submerged nozzle and optimizing the parameters of submerged nozzle,the stable production of continuous casting at 1.6 m/min is realized.
