摘要 某热电厂50 MW汽轮机在进行冲转并网过程中,因振动突然增大而停机,并网失败。通过开缸检查,确认因动静碰磨导致大轴弯曲。对这一事故原因进行了分析,总结了汽轮机的结构缺陷,并提出了整改措施。 A 50 MW steam turbine in a thermal power plant was shut down with failure in grid connection due to vibration surge during first startup and grid-connection process.When checking by opening the cylinder,it was confirmed that the large shaft was bent due to friction between the rotating and stationary parts.The cause of the accident was analyzed,the structural defects of the steam turbine were summarized,and rectification measures were proposed.
