摘要
目的 探讨基于信息网络化平台进行医院护理安全管理的应用价值.方法 选取2016年1~12月我院未行信息网络化平台管理的24 433例住院患者作为对照组,将2017年1~12月我院行信息网络化平台管理的23 538例住院患者作为实验组.同时两组的医生各301名.比较两组的护理不良事件发生率、患者和医生的护理满意度及患者的护理合格率.结果 实验组的警告事件、不良后果事件和未造成后果事件发生率低于对照组,隐患事件发生率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组的护理质量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在医院护理安全管理中应用基于信息网络化平台管理系统可减少护理不良事件的发生,提高患者的护理工作满意度和护理安全管理的质量,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the application value of hospital nursing safety management based on information network platform.Methods A total of 24433 inpatients without information network platform management in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group,23538 inpatients with information network platform management in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group.At the same time,there were 301 doctors in each group.The incidence of adverse events in nursing care,the satisfaction of patients and doctors,the rate of qualified nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of warning events,adverse events and uncaused events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of hidden events was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of nursing quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the information network based platform management system in hospital nursing safety management can reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events,improve the patients′nursing work satisfaction and the quality of nursing safety management,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
