摘要 催化裂化工艺是炼油工业重要的加工方法,规模大,污染种类多、数量大,污染环境,影响人体健康。本文通过对催化裂化装置进行深入地工艺污染分析,给出了催化裂化装置废气、废水、固废、噪声等污染源的产排污节点,并提出了有效可行的污染防治措施,可供炼化企业及环保管理者进行参考。 Catalytic Cracking Process is an important process of refining industry. It is generally has larger scale, many kinds of pollution. At the same time, it can bring a lot of environmental pollution questions and health damage. In this article, the catalytic cracking unit is analyzed in depth in process and pollution. The waste gas, waste water, solid waste and noise sources of the catalytic cracking unit are given. Effective and feasible measures to pollution prevention and control have been raised. This article can provide the reference for petrochemical enterprises and environmental management.
