摘要 本文提出了一个综合考虑工程估算、半经验公式初步设计、CFD优化设计的射流器系统设计方法。以吸气量为评价指标,系统研究了不同结构参数对其吸气性能的影响特征。分析表明,吸气性能随着喉嘴至喷嘴的距离Ld、喉管与喷嘴的面积比m以及喉管长度与直径之比L的增加均具有先上升后下降的趋势。最终归纳出长喉管射流器结构参数的优化设计区间,即喉嘴距为0.5~1.5d1(d1为喷嘴直径)、喉嘴面积比为10、喉管长径比为31。 A comprehensive design methodology of the jet aerator was developed, accounting for the engineering estimation, preliminary semi-empirical calculation and CFD-based optimal design. The influence of different structural parameters on its suction performance was studied systematically, with the performance being evaluated by the suction capacity. Results show that the suction performance of the jet aerator increases first and then decrease with the increase of the distance from the throat to the nozzle Ld, the ratio of the throat to the nozzle area m, and the ratio of the throat length to the diameter L. Finally, an optimal structural parameter of the long throat jet aerator is obtained, that is, the distance between throat and nozzle is 0.5~1.5 d1(d1: diameter of nozzle), the throat area ratio is 10 and the throat length diameter ratio is 31.
