摘要
本文在对电子烟烟液中具有危险特性的组分分析的基础上,按照联合国危险货物运输(TDG)体系和全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)要求对电子烟烟液进行危险特性分类的探讨。通过分析电子烟烟液中尼古丁含量对急毒性分类的影响,得到了不同含量类别电子烟烟液的TDG分类和GHS分类结果,并给出了基于危险特性的防范措施,可为我国制定电子烟安全规范提供技术参考。
In this paper,electronic cigarette liquid(E-liquid)has carried on the discussion of hazardous classification according to the United Nations system of transport of dangerous goods(TDG)and globally harmonized system of classification and labeling of chemicals(GHS).Through the analysis of electronic cigarette liquid nicotine content on the classification of acute toxicity,the influence of the different E-liquid content of TDG classification and GHS classification results.Based on the risk characteristics of preventive measures are given,they can provide technology for our country to develop electronic cigarette safety specification for reference.
