摘要 随着我国经济社会的不断发展,能源供求的矛盾日益突出。以天然气、石油和煤等为原料生产的化工原料气,含有一些硫化物,这些硫化物包括无机硫化物和有机硫化物,其中,无机硫化物主要是硫化氢,有机硫化物主要包括硫化碳酰、二硫化碳、噻吩和硫醇。这些硫化物腐蚀工业设备,容易对化工原料气加工和处理工艺中的催化剂产生中毒,必须对化工原料气进行净化处理,除掉其中的硫化物。除去这些硫化物气体的主要方法包括干法工艺和湿法工艺,广泛采用脱硫剂。氧化锌是其中广泛采用的一种脱硫剂。本文将综述氧化锌脱硫剂的脱硫反应机理,国内氧化锌脱硫剂的主要生产厂家,氧化锌脱硫剂的应用和开发情况以及未来研究趋势。 With the continuous development of China’s economy and society, the contradiction between energy supply and demand is an increasingly prominent problem. Chemical raw gas produced from natural gas, petroleum and coal contains some sulfide, including inorganic sulfide and organic sulfide, among which inorganic sulfide is mainly hydrogen sulfide. Organic sulfides mainly include carbonyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, thiophene and mercaptan. These sulphide corrodes industrial equipment, poisons the catalysts in feed gas processing and conversion process. So the feed gas must be purified to remove the sulfide. The main methods to remove these sulfide gases include dry process and wet process, and desulfurization adsorbents are widely used. Zinc oxide is one of the most widely used desulfurization adsorbents at medium temperature. The reaction mechanism and kinetics of desulfurization of zinc oxide desulfurization adsorbents are reviewed in this paper. Domestic zinc oxide desulfurization adsorbents manufacturers, models, application and development of zinc oxide desulfurization adsorbents as well as future research trends are also discussed.
