摘要
本研究以钛板酸洗废液和聚硅酸(PSiA)为原料,成功制备了刺球形聚硅酸钛(PST)。以酸洗废液替代无机钛盐有效降低了聚硅酸钛絮凝剂(PST)的生产成本,并且实现了酸洗废液的高效再利用。本文研究了不同Ti/Si摩尔比对模拟江河水的除浊效果。并采用激光粒度仪测定了PST处理模拟江河水过程中絮体粒径的原位变化。综合评价了PST的絮凝沉降性能、快速扫网性能和稳定性。总之,本研究制备的PST可适用于处理高浊度废水。
In this study, spined-spherical polysilicon titanate(PST) was successfully prepared using titanium plate pickling waste liquid and polysilicic acid(PSiA) as raw materials. Replacing the inorganic titanium salt with the pickling waste liquid effectively reduced the production cost of the titanium polysilicate flocculant(PST), and realized the efficient reuse of the pickling waste liquid. In this paper, the effect of different Ti/Si molar ratios on the turbidity removal of simulated river water was studied. The in situ changes of floc particle size during the simulation of river water during PST treatment were measured with a laser particle size analyzer. The flocculation and sedimentation performance, rapid sweep performance and stability of PST were comprehensively evaluated. In short, the PST prepared in this study can be applied to treat high turbidity wastewater.
