高寒地区不同番茄品种对新型槽培系统的适应性

Adaptability of different tomato varieties to the new groove cultivation system in alpine region

摘要 为了研究新型槽培系统在高寒地区的适应情况,以22份番茄为试验材料,对新型槽培系统栽培的番茄品种进行多样性分析和植物学性状、果实性状的对比分析.结果表明,22份番茄品种具有丰富的遗传多样性,变异范围为6.91%~38.75%,平均变异系数达22.83%.其中,'佳西娜'株高最高,茎粗最大且坐果率也最大;'亿家K-18'叶长叶宽最大;'佳西娜'的葡萄糖、果糖和可溶性总糖含量最高且可溶性蛋白含量处于较低水平;'佳西娜''东农708''中农49号''中农48号'和'东农724'单株产量超过2.6 kg,且667 m2总产量均超过7000 kg,其中'中农49号'667 m2总产量最高,为7624.36 kg;'佳西娜'次之,为7476.28 kg.综合比较得出,'佳西娜'可以作为新型槽培系统的配套品种推广应用. In order to study the adaptability of the new groove cultivation system in alpine region,22 tomato cultivars were selected to analyze the diversity,botanical traits and fruit traits in the new groove cultivation system.The results showed that 22 tomato cultivars exhibited a rich genetic diversity,with the rang of variation 6.91%to 38.75%,and the average coefficient of variation 22.83%.‘Jia Xina’appeared the highest plant height,the largest stem and the best fruiting rate,meanwhile‘Jia Xina’was observed the highest glucose,fructose,soluble total sugar,while the soluble protein content was the lowest.‘Yijia K-18’was found the longest leaf length and width.The per plant yield of‘Jia Xina’,‘Dongnong 708’‘,Zhongnong 49’‘,Zhongnong 48’and‘Dongnong 724’was over 2.6 kg,and the 667 m2 yield was over 7000 kg.‘Zhongong 49’showed the highest yiled on667 m2(7624.36 kg),followed by‘Jia Xina’(7472.28 kg).According to the comprehensive comparison,‘Jia Xina’was the most suitable cultivar to the new groove cultivation system,which could be popularized and applied in production.
