摘要 实时、动态、在轨分析航天员体液指标,对于飞行中监测与评估航天员健康风险、发现航天医学新知识具有重要意义。随着先进检测技术和理论的发展,电化学技术、微流控技术、表面等离子体共振技术、微型流式细胞检测技术、生物分子提取和测序等技术已在空间环境下得到应用,本文对体液检测技术的发展及在航天医学研究中应用展望进行了综述。 During space filght,how to perform real-time and dynamic analysis of biomolecules in body fluids,is very important for monitoring and evalating risks of astronaut health.With the application of electrochemical technology,microfluidic technology,surface plasmon resonance technology,micro-flow cytometry,extraction and sequencing of biomolecules in space environment,the development of humoral detection technology and its application prospect in aerospace medical research are reviewed in this paper.
