摘要
针眼是眼科临床常见病,具有多发性、易复发的特点。针眼反复发作,不仅影响患者眼部健康和美观,如果处理不当,还容易形成眼睑蜂窝织炎、败血症、海绵窦血栓,严重者可危及生命。目前,西医治疗本病主要以滴眼药水、涂眼膏、湿热敷、手术等手段为主,容易形成眼睑瘢痕,且不能从根本上消除病因,给患者带来诸多困扰。何慧琴教授根据多年临床经验,认为造成针眼反复发作的基本病机是脾虚或脾热,并以此遣方,予补脾及清脾中药口服治疗,同时建议患者调整饮食、适当运动、注意手卫生等,收效良好。笔者有幸师承于何慧琴教授,收获颇丰。现将何慧琴教授临床医治复发性针眼患者的经验总结如下,与眼科同仁分享,为复发性针眼提供一种新的治疗思路。
Hordeolum is a common ophthalmic disease,which has the characteristics of high morbidity and easy to recurrence.If the hordeolum attacks repeatedly,it will not only affect the eye health and beauty of the patients,but also easily cause blepharitis,septicemia,cavernous sinus thrombosis,even life-threatening condition.At present,western medical treatment mainly includes eye drops,eye ointment,wet hot compress and operation.However,these ways of treatment is easy to form eyelid scar,and is not likely to fundamentally eliminate the cause of the disease,which brings a lot of troubles to the patient.According to years of clinical experience,Professor He Huiqin proposed that the basic pathogenesis of repeated hordeolum attack was the result of spleen deficiency or spleen heat,thus she composed prescriptions with clearing spleen or tonifying spleen effect for oral administration.In addition,she suggested that patients modifying their diet,taking exercise properly,paying attention to hand hygiene,and so on,commonly received good results.I have the honor to learn from Professor He Huiqin,and have gained a lot.Now we summarized the clinical experience of Professor He Huiqin in treating patients with recurrent hordeolum,to share it with colleagues in ophthalmology,as a new treatment idea on recurrent hordeolum.
