摘要
目的推动临床科室提高设备使用效率意识,增进与改善与供应商合作关系基础,提升医疗设备精细化管理水平。方法系统分析了新购置设备二次验收的影响因素,制定了二次验收报表,完善二次验收的制度和流程。结果临床科室提高了新购置设备的使用率,提高了设备的效益。讨论通过制定二次验收规范,医院新购置设备的使用率和效益都得到了提高,保证了医院资源的合理配置和高效运行。
Objective To promote the awareness of equipment use efficiency in clinical departments,enhance and improve the basis of cooperation with suppliers,and improve the level of medical equipment management.Methods The influencing factors of the second acceptance of newly purchased equipment were analyzed systematically,and the second acceptance report was formulated to improve the system and process of secondary acceptance.Results The clinical department increased the utilization rate of newly purchased equipment and improved the efficiency of the equipment.Conclusion By formulating the second acceptance specification,the utilization rate and benefits of the newly purchased equipment of the hospital have been improved,ensuring the rational allocation and efficient operation of hospital resources.
