摘要 设计了一套液压泵、液压马达高低温试验台,完成了配套测试处理软件的开发。该试验由由高/低温试验箱、高/低温油源、试验驱动装置、测控系统、循环及冷却系统等五部分组成。试验台最大流量为360 L/min,最高压力等级为40 MPa,液压油油温的控制范围为(-25~100)℃,环境控制温度为(-25~100)℃,油温和环境温度控制稳定性为±2℃,基本能够满足中、小流量液压泵、液压马达的高、低温测试需求。目前,该试验台已用于液压泵、液压马达高、低温性能的第三方检验检测。 A platform for testing the performance of hydraulic pump and motor in the high and low temperature is designed,and the matching software is also completed.The platform consists of the high-low temperature test chamber,the oil source,power system,measurement and control system and circulating cooling system.The maximum flow rate of the platform is 360 L/min,the maximum testing pressure is 40 MPa,the temperature of the hydraulic oil and the environment can be control in the range of-25℃to 100℃with the temperature stability of±2℃.Therefore,the platform can be used in the high and low temperature test of hydraulic pumps and motors with medium and small flow rates.At present,the platform is used for the third-party inspection on the high and low temperature performance of hydraulic pumps and motors.
