氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的全程系统护理 被引量:5

摘要 目的 分析喘憋性肺炎患儿应用氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗的全程系统护理.方法 选取2018年1~12月我院接收的憋喘性肺炎患儿共72例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组(按常规开展护理)与观察组(在对照组基础之上加以全程系统护理),各36例,统计并比较两组的总有效率、护理前后血气分析指标、住院时间、症状缓解时间.结果 观察组总有效率较对照组更高,住院时间与症状缓解时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的PaO2与PaCO2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的PaO2与PaCO2水平较对照组改善更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对应用雾化吸入辅助治疗的憋喘性肺炎患儿开展全程系统护理效果显著,能改善其血气分析指标和临床症状,缩短其住院时间,值得采用. Objective To analyze the whole process of systematic nursing of children with suffocating pneumonia treated with oxygen driven atomization inhalation.Methods 72 children with suffocating pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36)by random number table method.The control group was given regular nursing treatment,while the observation group was given further whole system nursing treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,blood gas analysis indicators,hospitalization time and symptom relief time were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group;the hospitalization time and symptom relief time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,related values in the observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course systematic nursing effect is remarkable for children with suffocated pneumonia treated with atomization inhalation,which can improve their blood gas analysis index and clinical symptoms,shorten their hospital stay,and is worth adopting.
