摘要
化学分析检验工作是一项通过综合运用多种检测技术,实现对待检测目标全方位检验的过程.通过深入分析其化学组分,为进一步提高质量及拓宽应用空间提供了可能.由于化学分析检验所涉及环节众多,因此是一项系统性工作.如实验室环境、检验设备、管理制度、检验员业务水平等方面,均会对化学分析检验结果产生影响.如需切实提升检验质量,应从多角度出发,做好每个环节的工作.主要探讨了化学分析检验工作的质量控制方法.
The chemical analysis and inspection work is a process to realize the omni-directional inspection of the target to be tested through the comprehensive application of various detection technologies.Through in-depth analysis of its chemical components,it is possible to further improve the quality and broaden the application space.Because chemical analysis involves many links,it is a systematic work.For example,laboratory environment,inspection equipment,management system,inspectors professional level and other aspects will affect the results of chemical analysis and inspection.It is necessary to do a good job in each link from multiple perspectives to improve the inspection quality.This paper mainly discusses the quality control methods of chemical analysis and inspection.
