摘要
随着我国社会经济迅速发展,城市化建设逐步推进,对电能的需求也逐年提升,对城市变电站带来新一轮挑战,使得城区建设变电站与城市规划之间的协调,成为城市建设必须要考虑的因素。只有合理权衡,综合考虑,才能在满足城市变电站用地的同时,满足居民生产生活用地需求。本文针对城市变电站与城市规划进行分析,结合用地原则,进行了探讨。
With rapid development of social economy and gradual promotion of urbanization in China,demand for electric energy has been increasing year by year,which brings new round of challenges to urban substation,And coordination between urban construction substation and urban planning has become an essential factor in urban construction.Reasonable balance and comprehensive consideration can meet needs of urban substation land and production and living land of people.The paper analyzes urban substation and urban planning,and discusses principle of land use.
