摘要
植物特有的NAC转录因子参与植物生长发育和逆境适应的过程,为了探究NAC蛋白的功能,以黄花苜蓿为材料,基于盐胁迫条件下根部转录组数据分析,获得了1个全长为696bp的NAC转录因子基因,命名为MfNAC 95,其编码231个氨基酸的蛋白质,分子量(Mw)为26.21 kD,理论等电点(pI)为7.83。MfNAC 95在黄花苜蓿的根、茎和叶中均有表达,但在根中的表达量显著高于在茎和叶中的表达量,且盐胁迫均可上调其在根、茎和叶中的表达,但上调表达的模式不同,表明MfNAC 95参与黄花苜蓿响应盐胁迫的过程,为揭示MfNAC 95在黄花苜蓿应答盐胁迫过程的分子机制提供了重要信息。
The plant-specific NAC transcription factor plays the significant roles in plant growth,development and adaptation to stresses.In order to investigate the function of NAC proteins,the wild Medicago falcata was used and the RNA-seq data of root were analysed in the present study.A gene named MfNAC 95 was identified,and it is a 696 bp nucleotide in length and encodes a 231 amino-acid protein with a predicted molecular mass of 26.21 kD and an isoelectric point of 7.83.The expression level of MfNAC 95 in root was remarkably higher than in leaf and stem,and the expression was induced by salt stress.These findings indicate that the MfNAC 95 plays a role in Medicago falcata in response to salt stress,and provide important information for investigation of molecular mechanism of Medicago falcata to salt stress.
