摘要
相较一般地下工程,在近海地区进行地铁建设时所遇到的地质变化和工程环境更加复杂,使得各类施工事故频发。因此,文章针对地理位置相邻或土岩层分布共同点较多的8个近海城市——厦门、广州、深圳、东莞、福州、青岛、台湾、香港,进行2001年—2018年间93起地铁施工事故统计分析,从事故类型、事故发生时间、施工工法、伤亡人数、事故致因等方面描述事故发生的规律,同时利用多因素灰色关联分析法进一步确定地质条件和水是影响近海区地铁施工安全最为关键的2个因素。最后,根据近海城市事故发生的主要特征提出相关对策和建议,为国内近海城市的地铁安全建设提供参考。
Compared with the general underground engineering,the geological changes and engineering environment encountered in the construction of the subway in the coastal area are more complex,which makes all kinds of construction accidents occur frequently.Therefore,according to the statistical analysis of 93 subway construction accidents in Xiamen,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Dongguan,Fuzhou,Qingdao,Taiwan and Hong Kong,which are the eight coastal cities with adjacent geographical location or common ground distribution,this paper describes the accidents in terms of accident type,accident season,construction method,casualties,accident cause,etc.At the same time,using multi factor grey correlation analysis to further determine the geological conditions and water are the two most critical factors affecting the safety of subway construction in the offshore area.In conclusion,based on the main characteristics of accidents in coastal cities,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,providing reference for the safety construction of domestic coastal cities.
