摘要
目的:确立银质针针刺和正骨疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取我科2016年1-10月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组银质针针刺疗法和正骨治疗;对照组常规西医治疗。结果:治疗组患者治疗有效率高于对照组;治疗后,治疗组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)分数低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA评分)分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗中应用银质针针刺疗法疗法,能提升治疗效果,缓解疼痛,促进患者身体康复。
Objective:To establish the effect of silver acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given silver acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the JOA score was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The silver acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation can improve the effect,alleviate pain,and promote physical recovery.
