摘要
目的分析生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法抽取2017年1月~2018年12月阶段我科室收治的急性上消化道出血患者80例,按照随机原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组单纯应用生长抑素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上同时联合应用艾司奥美拉唑钠进行治疗。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率97.5%,显著高于对照组77.5%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的输血量显著少于对照组,止血时间显著短于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑钠治疗急性上消化道出血能够显著提高患者的临床疗效,加快止血速度,促使患者迅速康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contains 40 patients.The control group was treated with somatostatin alone,while the observation group was treated with esomeprazole sodium on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%,P<0.05).The blood transfusion volume of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,speed up hemostasis and promote rapid recovery of patients.
