摘要
目的:总结并归纳炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病合并心律失常患者的临床效果。方法:从永城市中心医院2017年9月-2018年9月的就诊患者中选取120例冠心病合并心律失常患者作为研究对象,所选择的患者辨证为心脉失养证,临床以脉结代,心动悸,舌光色淡,少津为主证,以随机数字表法分为两组,观察组、对照组各60例,疗程4周,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予炙甘草汤加减治疗,运用症状积分法评估患者的症状严重程度,根据症状发作状况评分,以两组患者在治疗后治疗总有效率作为主要评价标准,对两种治疗方法的效果进行评估。结果:在观察组,使用炙甘草汤加减治疗后,各项数值与对照组相比,两者之间相差较大,观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%(55/60),对照组的治疗总有效率为73.33%(43/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:证明炙甘草汤对冠心病合并心律失常心脉失养患者的临床效果显著。使用炙甘草汤加减治疗能够更好地减少患者症状积分和不良反应发生率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Modified Zhigancao decoction(炙甘草汤加减)in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:120 CHD patients with arrhythmia in this study were treated from September 2017 to September 2018.According to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,they were of syndrome of loss of heart and pulse.The main clinical evidence included pulse knot generation,cardiac palpitations,pale tongue light,and less fluid.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(60 cases).In the control group,amiodarone was given.The observation group was given Zhigancao decoction.The main evaluation criteria included the total effective rate of two groups of patients after treatment.The severity of symptoms was evaluated by the symptom score method,and the total effective rate after treatment was taken as the main evaluation standard according to the score of symptom onset,and the effects of the two treatment methods were evaluated.Results:The scores of neurological deficits were decreased in both groups,and the self-care ability was significantly improved.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%(55/60),and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 73.33%(43/60).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhigancao decoction has significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease.It has better effect in reducing the incidence of symptoms and adverse reactions,which can be further popularized in clinical practice.
