摘要
针对辽河流域水生态保护和水污染治理存在的问题,根据模糊数学法和加权平均法研究了辽河干流2009-2018年的水质状况,并在时空分布上揭示了两个国控监测断面的水环境变化特征。研究表明:通过综合分析COD、DO和NT3-N评价指标,在水质综合评价中铁岭珠尔山、盘锦兴安断面处的DO指标权重分别为71%、58%,该水质指标在控制断面处的均值为7.15、6.62mg/L;兴安断面和朱尔山断面的水质变化区间为2.25-1.36、2.22-1.34,水环境治理成效显著,特别是2013年后水质明显变好,可为辽河水环境治理和控污方案的优化设计提供科学依据。
Aiming at the problems existing in ecological protection and water pollution regulation of the Liao river basin,based on the fuzzy mathematics method and the weighted average method,this paper is to research the condition of water quality in the Liao river from 2009 to 2018 and to reveal the characteristics of water environmental change of two national monitoring sections in accordance with space-time distribution.The study shows that:through comprehensive analysis of DO and COD NT3-N evaluation index,the DO index weights of Zhu'er mountain in Tieling and Xing'an section at Panjin are 71%and 58%respectively,the mean value of water quality indicators at the control section is 7.15mg/L and 6.62 mg/L;the water quality variation interval of Xingan section and Zhuershan section is 2.25-1.36 and 2.22-1.34,and remarkable progress has been made in water environment regulation,especially the water quality has significantly improved since 2013,which can provide scientific basis for the optimal design of the water environment treatment and pollution control program of the Liao river.
