摘要
【目的】探讨电针对经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术联合电针治疗青年官兵腰椎间盘突出症术后康复疗效。【方法】纳入2013年1月至2017年1月本院收治的86例青年官兵腰椎间盘突出症患者,均行经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术,随机分为电针治疗组与常规康复组,术后随访1年,运用Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)、疼痛视觉类比评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)和改良MacNab标准评价手术效果。【结果】术后1个月以及术后6个月,治疗组ODI评分相比于对照组明显较低,差异具有统计学意义,术后12个月治疗组与对照组ODI评分差异无统计学意义;术后1个月以及术后6个月,治疗组VAS评分相比于对照组明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后12个月治疗组与对照组VAS评分差异无统计学意义;术后12个月使用改良MacNab标准评定手术效果,治疗组优良率93.02%;对照组优良率81.39%。【结论】电针对青年官兵腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜术后康复疗效确切,能显著解除患者症状,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture on the postoperative rehabilitation in young soldiers with lumbar disc herniation undergoing percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of 86 young soldiers with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 was performed.All the patients were treated with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy and randomly divided into electroacupuncture treatment group and routine rehabilitation group.Follow-up was conducted for 12 months.The clinical outcome was evaluated by Oswestry disability index(ODI),visual analogue score(VAS)and modified MacNab standard.【Results】The ODI after 1 and 6 months of surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).There was no difference in the ODI after 12 months of surgery.The VAS after 1 and 6 months of surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).There was no difference in the VAS after 12 months of surgery.According to modified MacNab standard,the excellent rates were 93.02%in the treatment group and 81.39%in the control group.【Conclusion】The application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in young soldiers undergoing percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy can relieve their symptoms and improve their quality of life.It has definitely curative efficacy and is worth of clinical promotion.
