摘要
目的研究分析生脉苓桂救心汤治疗老年心脾两虚型慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的疗效。方法 178例老年心脾两虚型慢性心衰患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组89例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用生脉苓桂救心汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组患者中显效36例(40.45%),好转48例(53.93%),无效5例(5.62%),总有效率为94.38%;对照组患者中显效16例(17.98%),好转38例(42.70%),无效35例(39.33%),总有效率为60.67%。治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生脉苓桂救心汤联合西药治疗老年心脾两虚型慢性心衰效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能指标以及症状,并提高患者运动耐力,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the efficacy of Shengmai Linggui Jiuxin decoction in treating chronic heart failure with heart-spleen deficiency in the elderly. Methods A total of 178 cases of elderly chronic heart failure with heart-spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 89 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated by Shengmai Linggui Jiuxin decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment group had 36 effective cases(40.45%), 48 improved cases(53.93%) and 5 ineffective cases(5.62%), with total effective rate as 94.38%. The control group had 16 effective cases(17.98%), 38 improved cases(42.70%) and 35 ineffective cases(39.33%), with total effective rate as 60.67%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shengmai Linggui Jiuxin decoction combined with Western medicine has a significant effect on chronic heart failure with heart-spleen deficiency in the elderly. It can effectively improve cardiac function indicators and symptoms, and improve exercise endurance of patients. It is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
