摘要
设计了一种高性能信息处理模块,并对高功耗元器件布局、功耗特性、结构特点及工作温度等要素进行分析,提出了一种基于相变储能散热技术的解决方案并进行工程实现。通过热仿真与散热性能测试试验,验证相变储能模块控温能力,满足模块散热要求。目前该方案已应用于新一代运载火箭产品中,为航天产品散热技术优化与发展提供了技术支撑。
A high-performance information processing module is designed in this paper,and the layout of high-power components,power consumption characteristics,structural characteristics and ambient temperature are analyzed,and a thermal solution based on phase-change thermal control technology is proposed.Through the simulation and thermal performance experiment,the temperature control capability of the phase change energy storage module is verified to meet the module heat dissipation requirements.At present,the module is applied to a new generation of launch vehicle products by providing technical support for the optimization and development of product cooling technology in the future.
