摘要
人工智能作为新一轮产业革命的引擎,对各个产业都具有较强的渗透性和融合力。利用人工智能改造传统农业,不仅是解决农业劳动力不足的重要选择,也是提升农产品质量与效益的有效途径,更是时代发展的必然要求。人工智能作为一种全新的要素,具有通用型技术的基础设施外溢性特征,不仅能融合于资本、劳动要素中加强其功能与效用,还能重塑生产,极大地升级农业技术,增强农业与二三产业的融合,提高农产品质量,从而推动农业产业升级。但由于主客观条件的限制,使得人工智能在改造融合我国农业方面还存在许多问题,为此需要采取加强关键技术攻关、加快土地流转、创新融合模式等措施,以发挥人工智能的“头雁效应”。
Artificial intelligence, as the engine of a new round of industrial revolution, has strong penetrability and integration power to various industries. Using artificial intelligence to transform traditional agriculture is not only an important choice to solve the shortage of agricultural labor, but also an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural products. It is also an inevitable requirement of the development of the times. As a new factor, artificial intelligence has the characteristics of infrastructure spillovers of general-purpose technology, which can not only be integrated into capital and labor factors to enhance its functions and utility, but can also reshape production, greatly upgrade agricultural technology, enhance the integration of agriculture and the secondary and tertiary industries, and improve the quality of agricultural products, thereby promoting the upgrading of the agricultural industry. However, due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, artificial intelligence still has many problems in transforming and integrating China’s agriculture. To this end, measures such as strengthening key technologies, accelerating land transfer, and innovating integration models are required to take advantage of the"head goose effect"of artificial intelligence..
