断裂粘连激光印刷数字串识别算法 被引量:2

摘要 相对于印品质量较高的传统印刷数字串,激光印刷数字串由于存在断点、边缘粗糙、时有粘连等问题,采用传统算法无法对其进行准确的分割与识别。为此,提出了一种对激光印刷数字串进行切分和识别的算法。该算法采用膨胀结构元消除激光数字串断点,对粘连数字串进行极值切分法从而分离数字,最后用6个几何和拓扑特征构造数字原型用于区分数字,从而对数字进行识别。实际的网银盾数字识别实验表明此识别方法对数字串的识别准确率高达99%,平均识别时间为0.15s。该算法识别准确率高,并具有一定的实时性,对该算法进行进一步的改进,即可应用于激光打印生产线的在线监测,以及产品出厂前产品与包装的一致性校验。 The quality of the digital string of laser printing is poor compared with the traditional print digital string with high quality.The problems of laser printing digital string include breakpoints,rough edges,and adhesion,so it is impossible to accurately segment and recognize them by traditional algorithms.For this reason,an algorithm for segmenting and recognizing a laser printed digital string is proposed.In this algorithm,the dilation algorithm is first used to eliminate the broken point of the laser digital string.After that,the extreme value segmentation method is applied to divide the numbers.Finally,the 6 topological and geometric features are used to construct the digital prototype to distinguish the numbers,so that the number can be identified.The actual USB key digital recognition experiment shows that this recognition method to identify the number on accuracy is up to 99%,the average recognition time is 0.15s.The algorithm has high recognition accuracy and has a certain real time.The further improvement of the algorithm can be applied to the on-line monitoring of the production line in the factory or applied to the verification of the consistency of the product and the packaging before the product is out of the factory.
