资源型城市转型发展的路径探索:以平顶山市为例 被引量:7

摘要 资源型城市特殊的发展历程决定其在转型期要面临产业发展问题、环境生态问题、城市空间布局等突出矛盾。基于生态文明建设和绿色发展的需要,以传统矿业为代表的资源型城市转型发展成为历史必然。从理论角度对资源型城市的优势、转型期面临的问题及转型升级的路径进行分析研究,以平顶山市的转型发展实践为例介绍了资源型城市在城市空间、生态环境、优势产业和新型产业发展等问题上的具体解决途径。平顶山市作为典型的资源型城市,有强烈的转型需求,转型过程中将生态、资源、经济和人文环境组成有机的整体,空间-生态-产业的总体设计探索思路具有现实参考意义。 The special development process of resource-based city determines that they will face prominent contradictions such as industrial development problems,environmental and ecological problems,and urban spatial layout during the transition period.Based on the needs of ecological civilization construction and green development,the transformation and development of resource-based city represented by traditional mining has become a historical necessity.From the theoretical point of view,the advantages of resource-based city,the problems faced during the transition period and the path of transformation and upgrading are analyzed.The transformational development practice of Pingdingshan city is taken as an example to introduce specific solutions to problems of resource-based city in urban space,ecological environment,advantageous industries and new industrial development.As a typical resource-based city,Pingdingshan city has a strong demand for transformation.In the process of transformation,the ecology,resources,economy and human environment are organically integrated.The exploration of the overall design of space-ecology-industry has practical reference significance.
