摘要
随着原料的重质化、劣质化以及炼油化工一体化的发展,石油化工废水中的难降解有机污染物(ROCs)类型更加丰富。催化臭氧氧化(COP)已被验证是矿化这类ROCs的有效处理技术,臭氧催化剂关乎处理效能和成本,是COP技术能否应用于工程实践的关键。综述了金属氧化物类、金属负载类、分子筛类以及天然矿物类等臭氧催化剂的研究进展,并对其催化活性位构成、催化氧化效果以及催化氧化ROCs机制等进行探讨。综合分析催化活性、制备成本以及量产规模等因素,天然矿物类和复合金属负载铝基催化剂在难降解石油化工废水COP处理上更具工程应用潜力。
Compositions of refractory organic contaminants(ROCs)in petrochemical wastewaters(PCW)are more complicated due to low-quality heavy crude oil,development of refinery and chemical integration.Catalytic ozonation process(COP)is efficient for ROCs in PCW.Ozonation catalysts are related to treatment effect and cost.Therefore,they are crucial to the engineering application of COP treatment.The present work reviews the progress of four types of ozonation catalysts including metal oxides,metal loaded,zeolites and natural minerals.The catalytic active sites,influencing factors and mechanisms of ROCs over catalytic ozonation are investigated.Considering catalytic activity,costs and mass production,natural minerals and composite metal loaded alumina catalysts shows great potential app-lication to COP of PCW.
