摘要
研究了不同盐度(9°Be′~15°Be′)对盐生杜氏藻简称“盐藻”(Dunaliella salina)细胞生长及色素的影响,结果表明盐度为30%(9°Be′)和40%(12°Be′)培养液中盐藻生长速率较快。高盐度(15°Be′以上)对盐藻细胞分裂有明显抑制作用,但有利于盐藻积累β-胡萝卜素。因此,室外大规模养殖盐藻最适宜盐度范围40%~50%(12°Be′~15°Be′)。但养殖周期不能过长(10 d以上),因为该盐度范围内其他藻类和原生动物有可能适应而泛滥。在养殖过程中,盐藻的生长速度与氮浓度成正相关,前期已经找出尿素和硝酸钠的添加量,此次验证了两种氮源对盐藻生长没有明显差异,但对盐藻积累β-胡萝卜素来说,尿素相对于硝酸钠效果好,适合该地区盐藻养殖。
The effects of different salinity(9°Be′~15°Be′)on the growth and pigment of Dunaliella salina cells were studied in this article.The results showed that when the salinity is 30%(9°Be′)and 40%(12°Be′),the growth rate of Dunaliella salina in culture medium was faster.High salinity(above 15°Be′)inhibited the cell division of Dunaliella salina.However,high salinity is beneficial to the accumulation ofβ-carotene.Therefore,the most suitable salinity range for outdoor large-scale cultivation of Dunaliella salina is 40%~50%(12°Be′~15°Be′).However,the breeding period should not be too long(more than 10 days),because other algae and protozoa in this salinity range may adapt to flooding.In the breeding process,the growth rate of Dunaliella salina is positively related to the nitrogen concentration,and the amount of urea and sodium nitrate has been found in the early stage.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two nitrogen sources for the growth of Dunaliella salina,but for the accumulation ofβ-carotene in Dunaliella salina,the effect of urea was better than that of sodium nitrate,which was suitable for the cultivation of Dunaliella salina in this region.
