点穴联合火疗治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Point-pressing Combined with Fire Therapy for Stenosing Tenosynovitis of Radial Styloid Process

摘要目的:观察点穴联合火疗治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用封闭疗法,治疗组采用点穴联合火疗治疗。治疗1个疗程后观察并比较2组治疗前后桡骨茎突部疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腕关节尺偏角度改变情况。结果:观察期间治疗组脱落3例,对照组脱落2例。治疗后,2组VAS评分及腕关节尺偏角度情况分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间VAS评分及腕关节尺偏角度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率治疗组98.20%,对照组89.70%,2组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点穴联合火疗能有效缓解桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的疼痛,改善其腕关节功能活动,且操作简单,患者易于接受,疗效确切。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the point-pressing combined with fire therapy for stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process.Methods:A total of 120 patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with block therapy,and the treatment group was treated with point-pressing combined with fire therapy.After one course of treatment,the changes in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain of adial styloid process and in the angle of ulnar deviation of wrist were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:During the observation period,three patients discontinued the study in the treatment group and two patients in the control group.After treatment,compared the VAS score and the angle of ulnar deviation of wrist in the two groups with those before treatment respectively,there were significant differences(P<0.05);compared the VAS score and the angle of ulnar deviation of wrist between the two groups,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 98.20%in the treatment group and 89.70%in the control group,there being no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The point-pressing combined with fire therapy can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process and improve their function and activity of wrist joint,whose operation is simple and more acceptable,with significant therapeutic effect.
