摘要
开环点数量多、位置变化频繁,给配网调度带来较大的管理压力,以目前人工确认、记录及定期更新报表的方式进行管理,不仅工作效率低,而且准确率也低,无法适应现有配网集约化调度模式。文章基于DMS系统开发配网开环点自动识别及管理模块,实现自动识别开环点位置,自动记录相关操作信息,并自动生成及导出报表,以实现对开环点的变化管理,从根本上解决人工参与该过程带来的运行风险高和效率低下问题。
There are many open-loop points and frequent location changes,which bring great management pressure to distribution network scheduling.At present,manual confirmation,record and regular update of reports are used for management,which not only has low efficiency,but also has low accuracy,so it can not adapt to the existing centralized scheduling mode of distribution network.Based on the DMS system,the automatic identification and management module of distribution network open-loop points was developed,which could automatically identify the location of open-loop points,automatically record relevant operation information,and automatically generate and export reports.The realization of the change management of open-loop points fundamentally solves hight operation risk and low efficiency brought by manual participation in the process.
