渗透树脂衬洞对复合树脂充填体微渗漏及牙本质粘接界面超微结构的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究使用渗透树脂衬洞对复合树脂充填体边缘密封性能及牙本质粘接界面微观结构的影响。方法:将30个离体前磨牙随机分成2组(n=15)。在离体牙的颊侧颈部制备Ⅴ类洞型并即刻完成窝洞充填。对实验组样本先用渗透树脂衬洞,对照组则是用自酸蚀粘接剂处理窝洞洞壁,随后2组窝洞均用Filtek Z350充填。经过1000次冷热循环后,2组样本牙均置于2.0%亚甲基蓝溶液中染色,24 h后取出冲洗、干燥。随后沿牙体长轴、颊舌方向将样本牙劈开一分为二。取每个样本的一半牙体,用于体式显微镜下观察洞壁与充填物之间的染料渗入情况,并对(牙合)壁和龈壁分别计分以比较两组样本间微渗漏程度的差异。取每个样本牙的另一半牙体用于扫描电镜试件的制备,观察牙本质与复合树脂间粘接界面的微观形貌特点。结果:2组(牙合)壁(牙釉质壁)的微渗漏程度无显著差异(P>0.05),而龈壁(牙本质壁)的微渗漏程度实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。SEM观察可见使用渗透树脂衬洞获得了更加紧密的粘接界面和良好的树脂突形态。结论:使用渗透树脂衬洞能够降低牙本质与树脂充填体间的微渗漏,改善复合树脂的边缘封闭性能。 Objective:To study the effect of infiltration resin lining on the marginal sealing and the micro-structure of bonding interface between dentin and composite resin.Methods:30 premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=15).Class V cavities were prepared in the buccal side of all the teeth.The carity in the experimental group were lined with infiltration resin and then filled with Filtek Z350,that in the control group was treated with self-etching adhesive and filled with Filtek Z350.After 1000 thermocycles,all the teeth were dyed in 2.0%methylene blue solution for 24 h.Then each sample was splited into 2 parts along the long axis of the buccal-lingual orientation of the teeth.Half of each sample was observed for micro-leakage between the cavity wall and resin fillings under stereo-microscope,the micro-leakage of occlusal and gingival margins was scored to compared between the 2 groups.The other half of each sample was used for the preparation of SEM specimen and the micro-structure of the bonding interface between dentin and composite resin was observed.Results:The micro-leakage of occlusal wall(enamel)of the 2 groups was not significantly different(P>0.05),while the micro-leakage of gingival wall(dentin)of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).SEM observation showed that a tighter bonding interface and a better resin tags were obtained by using the infiltration resin lining.Conclusion:Infiltration resin lining can reduce the micro-leakage between dentin and resin fillings and improve the marginal sealing of composite resin.
