摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是指子宫内膜上皮细胞及基质细胞出现在子宫腔以外所引起的一种疾病,巨噬细胞在EMS的发生、发展中具有重要作用。综述巨噬细胞在EMS异位内膜黏附、侵袭、血管形成三个阶段的作用,探讨EMS的免疫治疗及中医药治疗的机制,为中医药治疗EMS提供新的靶点和方向。
Endometriosis(EMS) is a kind of disease characterized by the presence of endometrial epithelial cells and stroma cells outside the uterus. Macrophages play an indispensable role in the occurrence and development of EMS. This article summarizes the role of macrophages in the three stages of EMS, including ectopic endometrial adhesion, invasion and angiogenesis, and explores the mechanisms of immunotherapy and traditional Chinese medical therapy in EMS, so as to provide new targets and direction for Chinese medical treatment on EMS.
