摘要
通过 X 射线,透射电子显微镜和内耗测量等手段,研究了水热法制备纳米 ZrO_2固体的界面行为和烧结性能。结果表明在一定温区纳米 ZrO_2固体的内耗和模量同时大于传统多晶 ZrO_2由于晶粒细化,界面结构特殊,使得纳米 ZrO_2材料的烧结性能得到提高。400℃以下退火主要影响内耗,600℃以上遇火主要表现为模量的增大。
The boundary behavior and sintered properties for nano ZrO_2 materials pro-duced by hydrothermal method were systematically studied by X-ray diffraction,TEM and in-ternal friction measurements.It is found that the internal friction and modulus of as-compactednano ZrO_2 solid are larger than those of the contrast ZrO_2 material in a certain temperaturerange.The sintered properties of nano ZrO_2 solid are raised since small grain size and specialboundary structure.At annealing temperatures lower than 400℃,internal friction decreases rap-idly,but modulus increases highly at annealing temperatures higher than 600℃.
