摘要
企业教师以外聘教师的身份进入高职院校的课堂,他们讲授的内容更加贴近实际生产,但授课形式单一,与学校进行的混合课程改革脱节。以高职船舶类核心课程船舶建造为改革对象,对教学环境、学习者、教学目标进行分析,提出企业专家深度参与的线上、线下混合教学模式。对比分析实验班和对照班,表明学生是乐于参与混合教学模式的,在学期末的课程考核中,实验班成绩不合格率为2.4%,对照班成绩不合格率为22.0%,教学效果很好。
In the identity of external teachers, enterprise teachers enter the classroom of higher vocational colleges.What they teach is closer to the actual production, but the teaching form is single and divorced from the blended curriculum reform carried out by the school. Taking the core course of shipbuilding in higher vocational marine as the reform object, this paper analyzes the teaching environment, learners and teaching objectives, and proposes an online and offline blended teaching mode with deep participation of enterprise experts. The comparative analysis of the experimental class and the control class shows that students are willing to participate in the blended teaching mode. In the course assessment at the end of the semester, the failure rate of the experimental class is 2.4%, while the failure rate of the control class is 22.0%. This proves the teaching effect is very good.
