基于数理统计的工业管道定期检验方法探究

摘要 工业管道定期检验测厚准备工作,通常需要检验人员现场反复查找管线,从而确定测厚管件抽查数量。为减轻工业管道定期检验人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,本文提出基于数理统计的工业管道定期检验方法,并结合实际检验中的管道测厚数据,分析管件数与管道长度之间的关系,得出二者比值多为0.6(个/m),进一步确定测厚管件抽查数量。最后举例讨论该检验方法,为工业管道定期检验的实施提供参考。 In order to determine the sampling quantity of thickness measurement pipe fittings,it is usually necessary for inspector to repeatedly search for pipelines on site in the preparation of thickness measurement of industrial pres sure pipeline periodic inspection.In order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency of the regular inspection personnel of the industrial pipeline,this paper put forward the method of the regular inspection of the in dustrial pipeline based on the mathematical statistics,and analyzed the relationship between the number of pipe fit tings and the length of the pipeline in combination with the thickness measurement data in the actual inspection,and concluded that the ratio of the two is more than 0.6(个/m).Finally,an example was given to discuss the inspection method,which provided a reference for the implementation of regular inspection of industrial pipeline.
