摘要
新疆各民族是中华民族大家庭的重要成员,多民族聚居生活是新疆历史的显著特点。科学研究和正确阐释新疆民族史必须以马克思主义民族观为指导,始终坚持唯物史观,观照历史与现实,将各民族发展演变轨迹放到大一统的中国历史框架下认识和阐释。应坚持中华视野和中华民族共同体意识,着眼于中华民族与新疆各民族的相互联系,强调新疆各民族是中华民族血脉相连的家庭成员,各民族都为中华民族大家庭的形成发展作出贡献的基本观点。并藉此彰显中华各民族求同存异、开放包容、互相尊重、携手发展的历史主流和优良传统。
Scientific research and correct interpretation of Xinjiang national history must be guided by the Marxist national view and always adhere to the historical materialism,contemplate the history and reality of chinaand put the development and evolution of Xinjiang's various ethnic groups into the unified Chinese historical framework.It also should adhere to the Chinese vision and the Chinese nation's community consciousness,so the interpretation focuses on the interrelationship between the Chinese nation and the various ethnic groups in Xinjiang.It emphasizes that all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are members of the Chinese nation,and all ethnic groups contribute to the formation and development of the big family of the Chinese nation.Based on this,we will carry forward the fine traditions of all ethnic groups in China seeking common ground while reserving differences,being open,inclusive,respectful,and developing hand in hand.
