摘要
为了提高电网能源多层次优化调度效率,对分层和总体架构展开设计,并建立优化调度模型。利用优化调度模型并结合遗传算法来构建求解模型,采用MATLAB仿真软件测试了分层优化方法对系统分布式设备的效果,优化结果表明:在区域边际成本比电价低的情况下,则对配网进行售电。区域3具有较低的发电成本,使其跟上级配电网大部分时间具有正的交换功率,区域3对配网实施售电获得利润3。区域3优化调度电能供需运行功率好交换功率,除了在10:00~14:00时间之外,微型燃气轮机都保持满发的状态。该区域在许多时段都是从配网中购入电量后再提供给用户,从而达到降低经济成本的目的。
In order to improve the efficiency of multi-level optimal dispatching of power grid, the design of layered and overall architecture was carried out, and the optimal dispatching model was established.The optimal scheduling model and genetic algorithm are used to build the solution model, and Matlab simulation software is used to test the effect of hierarchical optimization method on distributed equipment of the system.Region 3 has a low power generation cost, which makes it have a positive exchange power with the superior distribution network most of the time. Region 3 makes a profit of 3 by selling power to the distribution network.Region 3 optimal dispatching of electrical energy supply and demand of operating power to exchange power, except at 10:00~14:00, the micro gas turbine is maintained at full power.In many periods of time, the power is purchased from the distribution network and then provided to users, so as to reduce the economic cost.
