摘要
目的:观察海藻连翘方治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析86例气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者的病历资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予他莫昔芬片常规治疗,观察组给予海藻连翘方治疗。用药时间为2个月经周期。分析2组的临床疗效和安全性,观察2组治疗前后性激素[黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平和中医证候积分的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(83.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组FSH和P水平均较治疗前升高,LH、E2和PRL水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FSH、P水平均高于对照组,LH、E2和PRL水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组肿块质地、肿块大小及乳腺疼痛积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组3项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:海藻连翘方可提高气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者的疗效,改善性激素水平与症状,缩小肿块,安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Haizao Lianqiao prescription for hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.The control group was routinely treated with tamoxifen tablets,and the observation group was treated with Haizao Lianqiao prescription.Both groups were treated for two menstrual cycles.The clinical effect and safety in the two groups were analyzed.Before and after treatment,the changes of levels of sex hormones including luteinizing hormone(LH),estrogen(E2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)as well as Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.35%in the observation group,higher than that of 83.72%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and P in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of LH,E2 and PRL were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of LH,E2 and PRL were lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).The scores of texture and size of masses and breast pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Haizao Lianqiao prescription can improve the curative effect of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,improve the levels of sex hormones and symptoms and reduce the masses with good safety.
