摘要
2019年下半年以来国内宏观经济下行压力不减,经济中顺周期因素继续累积,加之贸易摩擦不确定性增强,导致国内经济发展进入风险易发高峰期。年底突如其来的"新冠肺炎"席卷全国,对社会和经济带来不可估量的影响,需进一步加大逆周期调节力度,同时伴随着系统性金融风险防范措施的进一步调整。本文分析了逆周期调节与系统性金融风险、逆周期调节对系统性金融风险的影响,提出防范化解系统性金融风险的相关思路。
Since the late 2019, the downward pressure on the domestic macro-economy has continued, and procyclical factors in the economy kept accumulating. In addition, the uncertainty of trade friction has increased, which led to the domestic economic development entering the peak of risk. The sudden COVID-19 outbreak brought immeasurable losses to the society and economics. Therefore, further precautions and countermeasures are needed. This article specifically analyzes countercyclical regulation and systemic financial risks, and the impact of countercyclical regulation on systemic financial risks, and proposes ideas for preventing and eliminating systemic financial risks.
