闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析闭合复位髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的效果。方法根据治疗方案不同将行髓内钉内固定术的86例肱骨干粉碎性骨折患者分为2组,各43例。对照组行切开复位,观察组行闭合复位。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果观察组优良率、出血量、并发症发生率及骨折愈合时间等指标,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折,术中出血量及术后并发症少,有利于骨折愈合,疗效显著。
