摘要
以扬粳3012为材料,设置4个播期[S1(06-10)、S2(06-17)、S3(06-27)、S4(07-04)]和3种密度[播量D1(75 kg·hm-2)、D2(112.5 kg·hm-2)、D3(150 kg·hm-2)],研究其对直播稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明:播期对产量及构成、品质等指标影响显著,密度对产量影响显著。播期与密度存在交互作用,对总粒数、千粒重影响显著。随播期的推迟有效穗呈先增加后减少的趋势,每穗总粒数、结实率呈下降趋势,千粒重、产量呈增加趋势;随密度的增加有效穗增加,每穗总粒数和结实率下降,千粒重和产量增加;随播期的后移,整精米率提高,且播期S3整精米率最高;垩白率和垩白度随播期的推迟呈先下降后上升的趋势。随密度的增加,整精米率增加。随播期的推迟蛋白质含量增加,直链淀粉含量和胶稠度下降。随密度的增加胶稠度增加,直链淀粉含量下降。迟播和增密可提高稻米峰值黏度和崩解值,降低消减值,改善扬粳3012的食味品质。以S4D2和S3D1处理食味品质较好,说明适期迟播和增密可协同提高直播稻扬粳3012产量和品质。
To investigate the effects of different sowing date and density on yield and quality of direct-seeding rice, rice cultivar Yangjing 3012 was grown in field experiment with four sowing dates: S1(06-10), S2(06-17), S3(06-27), S4(07-04) and three sowing densities: D1(75 kg·hm-2), D2(112.5 kg·hm-2), D3(150 kg·hm-2). The results showed that sowing date had a significant effect on yield, quality and other indicators, while density had a significant effect on yield. There was an interaction between sowing date and density, and the effects on total number of seeds and grain weight were significantly different. And the effective panicle number was increased and then decreased with the delay of sowing date, grain number per panicle and seed-setting rate was decreased, 1000-grain weight and yield was increased.With the increase of sowing density,the effective panicle number was increased,grain number per panicle and seed-setting rate was decreased,1000-grain weight and yield was increased.The head milled rice rate was increased with the delay of sowing date,the head milled rice rate was highest under S3.The chalky kernel rate and chalkiness were decreased and then increased with the delay of sowing date.The head milled rice rate was increased with the increase of sowing density.With the delay of sowing date,the protein content was increased,and amylose content and gel consistency was decreased.With the increase of sowing density,the gel consistency was increased and amylose content and was decreased.Late sowing and increasing sowing density enhanced the peak viscosity and breakdown value,declined the setback,then improved the eating quality.The eating quality was better under S4 D2 and S3 D1.The results suggest that moderate late sowing and increasing sowing density could simultaneously improve yield and quality of Yangjing 3012 in direct-seeding rice.
