以咖啡渣为主料栽培食用菌的初步研究 被引量:5

Preliminary study on cultivation of edible fungus with coffee grounds as main material

摘要 以咖啡渣为主料开展平菇和杏鲍菇栽培试验,研究其不同配方对发菌过程及子实体形成的影响。结果表明:①2种食用菌均能在以咖啡渣为主料的栽培基质上发菌,但满袋时间与常规棉籽壳基质相比延迟6 d以上;②平菇栽培最优配方为咖啡渣60%、麦麸5%、杂木屑33%、石灰1%、石膏1%,子实体产量为362 g·袋-1,生物学效率较棉籽壳配方提高12.8%,同时菇体总糖和粗蛋白质含量均有不同程度的提高;③杏鲍菇在咖啡渣各供试配方条件下的栽培效果相对较差,最高产量仅为252 g·袋-1,生物学效率较棉籽壳配方低8%。总体而言,以咖啡渣为主料栽培食用菌能减少原料成本,实现废物利用,但实际利用过程中应视食用菌种类、栽培方式确定咖啡渣添加比例。 The study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of using coffee grounds as main material to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii. The results showed that: ① both kinds of edible fungi could germinate in the substrate with coffee grounds as the main material, but the time of full bag delayed more than 6 days compared with the conventional cotton seed-shell culture medium;② the optimal formula for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation was coffee grounds 60%, wheat bran 5%, mixed sawdust 33%, lime 1%, gypsum 1%. The yield of fruiting body was 362 g·bag-1, and the biological efficiency was 12.8% higher than that of the formula of cottonseed hull, while the content of total sugar and crude protein in mushroom was also increased in different degree;③ the cultivation effect of Pleurotus eryngii which was cultivated with tested formulas of coffee grounds was obviously poor, and the maximum yield was only 252 g·bag-1 and the biological efficiency was 8% lower than the formula of cottonseed hull. In general, the cultivation of edible fungi with coffee grounds as the main material can reduce the cost of raw materials and achieve waste utilization, but the proportion of coffee grounds in the formula should be determined according to the types of edible fungi and cultivation methods.
