摘要
为开发一种手部功能障碍患者手部功能评估用手套,以锦包氨纱线作为地纱、以镀银锦纶丝作为面纱,编制针织添纱组织传感器试样。利用正交试验探讨镀银锦纶丝的添纱方式和针织添纱组织传感器的织造密度对针织添纱组织传感器的线性度及灵敏度的影响。结果表明:选择适当的添纱方式和适合的织造密度可以使针织添纱组织传感器获得较好的线性度,但灵敏系数方面有待后续的设计加以改善。
To develop a kind of gloves for evaluating hand functions of the patient with hand dysfunction,the sensor samples with plating stitch were knitted with the nylon-plated spandex yarn as the ground yarn and the silver-plated nylon filament as the surface yarn.The orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the effect of plating way of the silver-plated nylon filament and knitting density of the sensor with plating stitch on the linearity and sensitivity of the sensor with plating stitch.The results showed that,the sensor with plating stitch could obtain good linearity when the suitable plating way and adaptive knitting density were chosen,but the sensitivity coefficient needed to be improved in the subsequent design.
