高瓦斯易自燃煤层综放工作面回撤工艺研究 被引量:6

Study on Retraction Technology of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in High Gas and Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

摘要 针对小庄煤矿40203综放工作面瓦斯高、煤层自然发火期仅22 d、末采及回撤期间矿压显现明显等情况,研究了工作面末采及回撤通道施工工艺,采取了掩护式液压支架回撤工艺,避免传统回撤工艺工作量大、耗时、耗力,安全风险高的弊端,功效提高2.1倍,保证了工作面安全、高效回撤。该成果对类似条件下综放工作面回撤具有借鉴意义。 Aiming at the obvious gas pressure in the 40203 fully mechanized caving face of Xiaozhuang coal mine and the spontaneous combustion period of coal seam for only 22 days, the final mining and withdrawal period, studies the construction technology of the end mining and withdrawal channel in the working face, and adopts the cover-type hydraulic support drawdown process to avoid the drawbacks of the traditional withdrawal process, such the effect is increased 2.1 times times, which ensures the safe and efficient drawdown of the working face. The results have reference significance for the drawdown of fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions.
